Be the Reader that Lives the Concepts  It is through this synergistic vision that Portia and Staci co-founded "Leverage the Page," an innovative book club designed to bridge the gap between knowledge and real-world application, integrating their unique performance coaching philosophies. Leveraging Portia's conviction that confidence is built through action and her framework, for empowering individuals to discover and launch their own initiatives in life by actually building something, members are equipped to move beyond passive consumption. Staci, with her curriculum development experience, brings a supportive yet challenging approach that helps clients articulate what they truly desire in life and focus on their purpose and "why" to design a life by their own choosing. Together, they embed a powerful culture of accountability, ensuring that the insights gained from reading are not merely understood but are actively lived and applied. This unique combination allows participants to transcend knowing concepts, empowering them to transform those concepts into the tangible results they envisioned when first opening a book, truly becoming the best version of themselves through intentional action and strategic coaching.

Staci brings over a decade of coaching and 25 years of curriculum development experience, passionately guiding clients to design a life by their own choosing. A committed lifelong learner, she continuously seeks knowledge from renowned experts to fulfill her mission of living a bigger, better, and different life, always striving to improve the world around her. As a distinguished coach, author, and philanthropist, Staci is devoted to helping others achieve their goals and lead richer, more fulfilling lives. She is celebrated for her supportive yet challenging approach, pushing individuals beyond their comfort zones, helping them pinpoint their purpose and "why," and enabling them to move past "tunnel vision" to articulate what they truly desire in life. Staci profoundly believes that becoming the best version of oneself is fundamental to excelling in all aspects of life.

Why I chose to launch this business: As an avid reader and life long learner I want to share my passion for reading and connection with like-minded people. In this format it allows me to assist others on applying the concepts and to live their life by design.

Portia started her personal growth journey in 2002. At the time she was struggling in a corporate position; and the willingness to do the work on herself only leveraged her business growth and rising to the top 5% of a corporate company and initiating a her coaching career in 2003. 22yrs later her consistent choice to engage in coaching opportunities has been a key to developing her skills. Eventually, the transition from a corporate role in education to the personal growth seminar world allowed her to embrace her authentic self and become a charismatic leader. Portia's journey taught her that confidence is built through action and that true leadership comes from embracing one's authentic self. By creating initiatives that foster consistency, she learned how to effectively use her influence. This journey was largely about gaining experience and building a reputation often while working behind the scenes. Her drive, belief, and dedication focuses on empowering individuals to discover and pursue their own initiatives through a unique framework she developed. This framework emphasizes that true influence comes from embracing one's authentic self and actively creating. No matter where you are in life, you can be the leader of your own story—because you already are.

Why I chose this project: I chose to support the development of Leverage the Page because I'm always interested in ways that empower others to turn their awareness into actionable results. I believe this innovative way to deliver a book club offers exactly that—an opportunity to move from simply consuming knowledge to applying it. Personally, I'm excited to enhance my reading habits, especially alongside a group of like minded individuals. I value the connections we will make, as community has always enriched my life.
